You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or participating in online gaming activities.
Each individual is permitted only one (1) Account with wing4. Creating multiple accounts, using the account of another person, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts may be forfeited.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must also create a secure password meeting our security requirements. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable through government-issued identification documents.
wing4 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide any documentation we reasonably request, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify wing4 of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. wing4 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. You agree to promptly update any changes to your personal details, including address, phone number, or email address, through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or Account restrictions.
We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password for your wing4 Account, enabling two-factor authentication where available, logging out after each session especially on shared devices, and never accessing your Account through public Wi-Fi networks without a secure VPN connection.
wing4 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours. You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP status and payment method. wing4 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Any third-party fees are your sole responsibility. wing4 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x wagering requirement) before requesting a withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or refuse suspicious transactions that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities. Large or unusual withdrawal requests may require enhanced verification procedures.
wing4 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of the offer and take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.

All bets are accepted subject to availability and betting limits. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet. Bet settlement is based on official results from recognized governing bodies. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors or bugs, intentional disconnection to avoid losses, reverse engineering of game systems, any form of cheating or fraud, and money laundering or criminal activities through wing4 Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of wing4 shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited in your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wing4, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use or misuse of the Services.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account by contacting customer support. wing4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, provide false information, fail to complete KYC verification, abuse bonuses or promotional offers, or engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business or other users.
Upon Account termination, your access to the Services will be revoked. If your Account is closed in good standing (not due to breach), any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any funds, winnings, or bonuses associated with your Account. You remain liable for any outstanding debts or obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and general principles of contract law applicable to online gaming services. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against wing4.
All content, software, technology, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials available through wing4 Services are the exclusive property of wing4 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The wing4 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wing4. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
